Ingredients

For Chile and Limón Salt:

  • 1 cup coarse Salt
  • Zest of 2 Limes
  • 1-2 Árbol Chiles
  • For Rosemary & Mexican Oregano Salt:

    • 1 cup coarse Salt
    • 1-2 sprigs fresh Rosemary
    • 2 tbsp. Mexican Oregano
    • For Ginger Cilantro Salt:

      • 1 cup coarse Salt
      • 3 cloves Garlic
      • 1 in. fresh Ginger
      • 2 tbsp. fresh Cilantro
      • Directions

        For Chile and Limón Salt:

        1. Add salt to food processor
        2. Break up arbol chile
        3. Zest limes
        4. Pulse in food processor until fully combined
        5. For Rosemary & Mexican Oregano Salt:

          1. Add salt to food processor.
          2. Add oregano.
          3. Remove rosemary from sprigs.
          4. Pulse in food processor until fully combined
          5. For Ginger Cilantro Salt:

            1. Add salt to food processor
            2. Remove skin from ginger and slice
            3. Add to food processor
            4. Smash garlic and remove skin
            5. Add to food processor
            6. Pulse in food processor until fully combined
