Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices of Provolone Cheese
  • 3 tbsp. Flour
  • 1 cup Dried Tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Walnuts
  • Pistachios
  • Fresh Oregano
  • Fresh arugula
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Lemon zest
  • Directions to make a delicious provoleta

    1. Chop nuts and dried tomatoes.
    2. Add fresh oregano, salt and pepper.
    3. Add olive oil and mix together.
    4. Cover provolone cheese with flour and brown in skillet with a little of olive oil.
    5. Serve with arugula with dressing and bread. Add lemon zest to salad.

      You can also serve it with a generous side of chimichurri for extra flavor. Or you can also try it as a side dish to this chimichurri steak!
