- 1 White Onion, squared
- 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
- 2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 cup Olives, chopped
- 3 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Paprika
- 1 tbsp. Cumin
- 1 tbsp. Chili Flakes
- 2 lbs. Boiled Potatoes
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 2 Egg Yolks
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Stir fry the onion, garlic and ground beef. Add the hard-boiled eggs and olives. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, chili flakes and paprika.
- Boil the potatoes and make a purée with salt, milk, butter and pepper.
- Layer a baking casserole with potato purée and add the seasoned beef. Cover with purée and grate cheese on top.
- Bake 15 mins. at 350°F, until the top layer is golden brown.
