Protein Açaí Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ pack Frozen Açaí Sorbet  
  • ¼ cup frozen Blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen Bananas
  • ½ cup frozen Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 4-6 oz. Hemp Milk
  • 2-3 oz. Apple Juice
  • ½ cup of your favorite fruit
  • 1 cup Granola &/or Trail Mix

Directions

  1. Start by slicing fresh strawberries for topping and set aside.
  2. In a blender jar, add Açaí pack and all remaining ingredients except the apple juice and hemp milk.
  3. Add half of each liquid. Blend on high for 20 seconds. Add remaining liquid as needed and blend on low until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
  4. Pour smoothie into bowl when done. Top with granola and your favorite fruit.
