Fried Brie with Greens

Ingredients

  • 2 Brie Cheese triangles
  • 2 Eggs, softly beaten
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs
  • Cooking Oil
  • Greens Mix
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Mustard
  • How to make this Fried Brie

    1. Dip the brie cheese triangles in the egg mixture and then submerge in bread crumbs, covering all sides.
    2. Cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    3. Fry brie triangles in hot oil until brown.
    4. For salad, mix lemon juice, olive oil, honey and Dijon mustard, to make a honey mustard vinaigrette.
    5. Toss with greens and serve.
