Negroni and Fernet con Cola

Treat yourself this weekend to a couple of easy and refreshing cocktails. The Italian Negroni is a popular aperitif in South America, while Fernet con Cola is an original creation from Córdoba, Argentina.

Recipe

Ingredients

For Negroni:

  • 1 oz. of Gin
  • 1 oz. of Vermouth Rosso
  • 1 oz. of Campari
  • Cracked ice
  • 1 slice of orange
  • 1 cocktail glass

For Fernet con Cola:

  • 1 oz. of Fernet Branca
  • 3 oz. of cola soda
  • Cracked ice
  • 1cCocktail glass

Directions

For Negroni:

  1. Cool a cocktail glass with ice.
  2. Pour the gin, the vermouth and the Campari into glass.
  3. Mix, and top with a slice of orange for garnish

For Fernet con Coca:

  1. In a glass with ice, pour Fernet, then the cola, mix and enjoy!
