- 2 – 4 slices of your favorite Bread
- 1 Avocado, sliced thin
- 1 Mango, sliced thin
- ¼ small Red Onion, diced thinly
- 1 red or green Chili Pepper, diced thinly
- Olive oil
- Put the avocado slices on the bread and spread them gently with your fingers.
- Repeat with the mango.
- Sprinkle onion, chili pepper and salt.
- Drizzle olive oil and serve.
Replace the chili pepper with a tsp. of Agave syrup or raw organic Honey for a kid-friendly version.
