Ingredients

  • 1 large or two small leaves of Kale
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 10 - 20 leaves Mint
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp. Agave syrup
  • 3 cups Almond or any nut milk
  • Directions

    1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s smooth.
    2. Serve and garnish with mint leaves.

      Add a tbsp. of your favorite protein powder for an extra kick of energy.
