Vegan Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • 1 small handful of mint
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 1 tbsp. coconut shreds
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • Orange zest, coconut shreds, and more mint for garnish
  • Directions

    1. Add ice to blender jar.
    2. Add almond milk & mint
    3. Remove the banana from the freezer and add into blender jar.
    4. Add all remaining ingredients.
    5. Blend on low for 20 seconds. Add more almond milk as needed and continue to increase speed until smooth.

      Add a splash of orange juice for extra vitamin C.
