Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Pureé
  • 1 cup Apple Pie Filling
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp. Coarse Salt
  • ½-1 cup Coconut Milk
  • Ice
  • Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse on high.
    2. Add milk as needed, ¼ cup at a time while blending.
    3. Continue blending on high until smooth.
    4. Garnish with pumpkin wedge and cinnamon stick.

      Use your preferred milk, we recommend soy milk and almond milk as an alternative.
