Ingredients
- 2 oz. Pasilla pepper-infused Gin
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- ¼ oz. Luxardo
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Old Fashioned spice bitters
- Combine chopped pasilla pepper and gin in stir glass, let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir with ice.
- Strain into coupe glass, garnish with orange peel.
