Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Pasilla pepper-infused Gin
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • ¼ oz. Luxardo
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash Old Fashioned spice bitters
  • Directions

    1. Combine chopped pasilla pepper and gin in stir glass, let sit for 5 minutes.
    2. Add remaining ingredients, stir with ice.
    3. Strain into coupe glass, garnish with orange peel.

      For a stronger flavor infuse the gin with the peppers overnight.
