Ingredients

  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Sugar, to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Corn Syrup

    • Extra sugar and powdered cinnamon
    • Directions

      1. Blend 4 cups of water with the jasmine rice, cinnamon stick and sugar until smooth.
      2. Drain the mixture with a colander and transfer to a bowl.
      3. Add 4 cups of water and stir.
      4. Rim glasses with corn syrup and sugar & cinnamon mixture.
      5. Add ice and serve.
