Ingredients
- 8 cups Water
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Sugar, to taste
- 2 tbsp. Corn Syrup
- Extra sugar and powdered cinnamon
- Blend 4 cups of water with the jasmine rice, cinnamon stick and sugar until smooth.
- Drain the mixture with a colander and transfer to a bowl.
- Add 4 cups of water and stir.
- Rim glasses with corn syrup and sugar & cinnamon mixture.
- Add ice and serve.
