Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk Cream
  • 1 cup Dulce de Leche
  • 3 Egg Whites

Directions

  1. Beat the cream to the soft peak stage and mix with the caramel spread.
  2. Beat the egg whites into meringue and add to the mix with encircling movements.
  3. Put in the fridge for 1 hours.
  4. Serve chilled with candied fruit and nuts.

Pro Tips

Shredded coconut is another great garnish for this dessert.
