Avocado Mango Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 slices of your favorite Bread
  • 1 Avocado, sliced thin
  • 1 Mango, sliced thin
  • ¼ small Red Onion, diced thinly
  • 1 red or green Chili Pepper, diced thinly
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Directions

    1. Put the avocado slices on the bread and spread them gently with your fingers.
    2. Repeat with the mango.
    3. Sprinkle onion, chili pepper and salt.
    4. Drizzle olive oil and serve.
    5. Pro Tips

      Replace the chili pepper with a tsp. of Agave syrup or raw organic Honey for a kid-friendly version.
