Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 small or half a big Granny Smith Apple
- 10 Romaine Lettuce leaves, rinsed and dried
- 2-3 Kale leaves
- 1 Green or Red Chili or both
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- Lemon juice from 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp. Agave syrup or Maple - 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- Salt
- Peel and julian the apple. Slice the chili peppers.
- Slice the lettuce leaves. Remove the stem of the kale and discard, and slice it finely.
- Add everything to a bowl and prepare the dressing.
- Add all the dressing ingredients into a small bowl and bit with a fork.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, toss thoroughly and serve.
