- 10 Cloves
- 2.5 cup Apple Juice
- ½ tsp. Ginger
- ¼ tsp. Black pepper
- ½ tsp. Turmeric
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon
- 1.5 oz. Bourbon (optional)
Directions
- In a toaster oven set to 350°F place the cloves and bake for about 5 minutes. This helps to release the oils in the cloves.
- In a small sauce pot combine all your remaining ingredients as well as your cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Strain tea to catch all the excess spices and enjoy!
