- 4 Corn Tortillas
- 8 oz. Refried Beans
- 2 lb. Seasoned Ground Beef
- 4 oz. Monterrey or Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Lettuce
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 oz. Tomatillo Salsa
- 1 oz. Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Green Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Black Olives
Directions
- Lightly brush your tortillas with oil.
- Smear a tbsp. of refried beans and add as many seasoned ground beef and cheese as desired. Top with another tortilla.
- Toast in oven for 5 minutes.
- Garnish the top with lettuce, avocado, salsa, cream, onion, tomato and olives.
