Tomato Cashew Pesto
A brilliant and mouthwatering combination of tomato and cashew that you can enjoy over your favorite pastas.

- 15 mins.
- 5-7 Grape Tomatoes or 1 medium Tomato
- 1 cup Basil Leaves
- 2 tbsp. Cashew Butter or ¼ cup Cashews soaked in boiled water for 15-20 minutes
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until it’s creamy.
- Pour over your favorite pasta. Garnish with chili powder and basil, and serve.
