Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 Carrot
- ½ lb. of Green Beans
- 2 slices of Gruyere cheese
- 2 slices of Cooked Ham
- Olive oil as needed
- Rice as needed
For the Sauce:
- 1 cup of Cream
- 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. Mustard
- ½ Saffron capsule
- 2 tbsp. White Wine
- ½ tbsp. Lemon
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
- Cook the chicken in a pan, with salt, pepper and lemon zest.
- Cut the vegetables in strips and sauté in olive oil.
- Cut chicken, ham, and cheese into strips.
- Mix and serve atop rice and vegetables.
- Pour sauce on top and serve.
