Ingredients
For the dressing:
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped very fine
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Lime juice
- ½ cup Olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the salad:
- 1 ½ cup sliced Purple Cauliflower
- 1 ½ cups shredded Kale
- ¼ cup shredded Red Cabbage
- 1 cup Radishes, quartered
- 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
Directions
For the dressing:
- Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a blender jar. Slowly pour in the olive oil while blending on high until a vinaigrette forms. Reserve.
For the salad:
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add 2-4 oz. of dressing.
- Toss & Enjoy!

Add some red chile flakes to the dressing for a spicy flavor.
