Ingredients
For the infused vodka:
- 1 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
- 750 ml. (25 oz.) vodka
For the cocktail:
- 1.5 oz. Pumpkin Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz. Coffee Flavored Liqueur
- 1 oz. Heavy Cream or Coconut Milk
- Brown Sugar or other sweetener as desired
Directions
For the infused vodka:
- Combine pumpkin purée and pumpkin spice in a pan over low-medium heat, cook for 5 mins.
- Add pumpkin mixture and vodka into a large mason jar and shake until fully combined.
- Place in refrigerator for 2 days.
- Strain into new bottle.
For the cocktail:
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick and piece of whole pumpkin.

If you prefer a less-boozy cocktail, cut the amount of rum in half. Alternatively, if you prefer a stronger cocktail add an extra shot.
