Pumpkin Spice White Russian

We dare you to find a better cocktail for those lazy, chilly autumn nights than this spiced version of the classic cocktail.

Recipe

Ingredients

For the infused vodka:

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Purée
  • 2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
  • 750 ml. (25 oz.) vodka

For the cocktail:

  • 1.5 oz. Pumpkin Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Coffee Flavored Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Heavy Cream or Coconut Milk
  • Brown Sugar or other sweetener as desired

Directions

For the infused vodka:

  1. Combine pumpkin purée and pumpkin spice in a pan over low-medium heat, cook for 5 mins.
  2. Add pumpkin mixture and vodka into a large mason jar and shake until fully combined.
  3. Place in refrigerator for 2 days.
  4. Strain into new bottle.

For the cocktail:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake for 8-10 seconds.
  2. Strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon stick and piece of whole pumpkin.

Pro Tips to get a softest pumpkin spice white russian

If you prefer a less-boozy cocktail, cut the amount of rum in half. Alternatively, if you prefer a stronger cocktail add an extra shot.
