- 1.5 oz. Bourbon
- 2 oz. Apple Purée
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Peel and core apples and blend in a food processor or blender. Add apple juice or water as needed to achieve sauce consistency.
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake for 8-10 seconds
- Strain over rocks or highball glass with new ice.
- Garnish with apple and mint.
