- Servings 4-8
- 4 pears
- ½ cup Ricotta Cheese
- 4 tbsp. of Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Powder Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Clove
- Sugar, as needed
- 3 Egg Whites
- ¾ cup Sugar
- Cut pears in halves and remove centers with spoon. In a bowl, mix ricotta, cinnamon, sugar and clove. Fill the pear halves with mixture.
- Make an Italian meringue and top each peach half with it.
- Place pears on greased pan face-up. Bake in oven at 350° F until tops are brown.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot or cold.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
