- 1/4 cup heart healthy* Mazola© Corn Oil**
- 5 pounds red potatoes (2 lbs.), chopped/diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
How to make the Easy Crispy Breakfast Potatoes
- First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Then, in a large bowl, toss together the chopped potatoes, garlic, onion, green, red bell peppers and Mazola© Corn Oil**. Add seasoned salt and Cayenne pepper.
