Ingredients
For the guava syrup:
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- 4 Guavas
For the cocktail:
- 1 ½ oz. Tequila blanco
- 1 ½ oz. Guava syrup
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- 3 large Basil leaves
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Directions
For the guava syrup:
- Slice guavas in half. Combine with water and sugar, bring to a boil.
- Cook until fully incorporated then let cool.
For the cocktail:
- Muddle basil in shaker.
- Add all other ingredients to shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into rocks glass.
- Garnish with basil leaf.
