- 2 Brie Cheese triangles
- 2 Eggs, softly beaten
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
- Cooking Oil
- Greens Mix
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. Mustard
How to make this Fried Brie
- Dip the brie cheese triangles in the egg mixture and then submerge in bread crumbs, covering all sides.
- Cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Fry brie triangles in hot oil until brown.
- For salad, mix lemon juice, olive oil, honey and Dijon mustard, to make a honey mustard vinaigrette.
- Toss with greens and serve.
