Fresh Caught Trout
Ingredients

- 3 fresh-caught trout, cleaned and whole
- 1 bulb Garlic, roasted
- 2 Lime, sliced
- 2 Red Fresno Chiles
- ¼ bunch Fresh Thyme
- ½ bunch Fresh Parsley
- ½ bunch Fresh Tarragon
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp Chile powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Dress the fish generously with olive oil and season well with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices.
- Top with fresh herbs, lime, fresno chiles, and garlic. Seal the fish basket and place onto a hot grill.
- Grill fish until nicely browned on both sides, be careful not to overcook it or it will get dry!
- You can butterfly the fish and grill it or you can leave it whole and stuff the fish with garlic cloves, fresh herbs, and fresh citrus.
- Serve with fresh citrus wedges and enjoy!
