For Chile and Limón Salt:
- 1 cup coarse Salt
- Zest of 2 Limes
- 1-2 Árbol Chiles
For Rosemary & Mexican Oregano Salt:
- 1 cup coarse Salt
- 1-2 sprigs fresh Rosemary
- 2 tbsp. Mexican Oregano
For Ginger Cilantro Salt:
- 1 cup coarse Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 in. fresh Ginger
- 2 tbsp. fresh Cilantro
Directions
For Chile and Limón Salt:
- Add salt to food processor
- Break up arbol chile
- Zest limes
- Pulse in food processor until fully combined
For Rosemary & Mexican Oregano Salt:
- Add salt to food processor.
- Add oregano.
- Remove rosemary from sprigs.
- Pulse in food processor until fully combined
For Ginger Cilantro Salt:
- Add salt to food processor
- Remove skin from ginger and slice
- Add to food processor
- Smash garlic and remove skin
- Add to food processor
- Pulse in food processor until fully combined
