Ingredients
- 10 Blueberries
- 2 Blackberries
- 1 Strawberry
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tbsp. Water
- 1 Egg White
- 1 oz. White Rum
- 1 oz. Aperol
Directions
- Mash berries in a shaker.
- Add juice of 1/2 lemon, water and egg white.
- Shake vigorously.
- Add rum, Aperol and crushed ice. Shake again.
- Strain and serve. Garnish with lemon peel.
