Ingredients

  • 10 Blueberries
  • 2 Blackberries
  • 1 Strawberry
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp. Water
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 oz. White Rum
  • 1 oz. Aperol

Directions

  1. Mash berries in a shaker.
  2. Add juice of 1/2 lemon, water and egg white.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Add rum, Aperol and crushed ice. Shake again.
  5. Strain and serve. Garnish with lemon peel.
