- 3 Egg Whites
- Beat the cream to the soft peak stage and mix with the caramel spread.
- Beat the egg whites into meringue and add to the mix with encircling movements.
- Put in the fridge for 1 hours.
- Serve chilled with candied fruit and nuts.
