- ½ cup Corn Oil
- ⅓ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tdp. Salt
- ⅔ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp. Dried Oregano
- 2 cups Parsley
- 3 Garlic Cloves
How to make the best authentic Chimichurri
- Chop the garlic and parsley until well minced. Combine in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Soak the oregano in warm water for about 3 minutes.
- Remove oregano from water and add to bowl.
- Add all other ingredients together in a bowl and serve with grilled meats, toasted bread, or as a marinade!
