  • ½ cup Corn Oil
  • ⅓ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tdp. Salt
  • ⅔ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Dried Oregano
  • 2 cups Parsley
  • 3 Garlic Cloves

How to make the best authentic Chimichurri

  1. Chop the garlic and parsley until well minced. Combine in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  2. Soak the oregano in warm water for about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove oregano from water and add to bowl.
  4. Add all other ingredients together in a bowl and serve with grilled meats, toasted bread, or as a marinade!
