Al Ajillo Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 handful fresh Parsley
  • 20 pc. Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • Corn Oil (as needed)

Directions

  1. Chop the garlic cloves and brown lightly in a pan with corn oil.
  2. Add the shrimp and white wine and cook for 8-10 minutes tossing constantly.
  3. Serve immediately with chopped parsley on top.

Pro Tips

Serve with boiled potatoes cut in slices, sprinkled with paprika.
