This delicious and easy recipe is a Spanish classic that can be enjoyed as an appetizer, or try it with saffron rice or pasta for a full meal!

- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 handful fresh Parsley
- 20 pc. Shrimp
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- Corn Oil (as needed)
- Chop the garlic cloves and brown lightly in a pan with corn oil.
- Add the shrimp and white wine and cook for 8-10 minutes tossing constantly.
- Serve immediately with chopped parsley on top.
Serve with boiled potatoes cut in slices, sprinkled with paprika.
