This delicious flavor base made with fresh mangoes and ají amarillo is perfect as a salad dressing, as a sauce or even to enjoy by itself!

- 1 cup Mango purée
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp. Ají Amarillo Paste (preferably the Doña Isabel brand)
- 1 tsp. Agave Nectar or Honey
- Grated zest of 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and whisk well until the mixture is smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
