1- To get the max amount of juice from your lemon or lime, put it in the microwave for 15 seconds before juicing. If life gives you lemons, make them juicier!

2- To store diced potatoes without them turning brown, put them in a bowl with water and store them in the fridge.

3- To cut cherry tomatoes in half, put them between two plates and slide your knife through the crack between the plates.

4- To keep bananas fresh and slow down the ripening process, wrap plastic or foil around the stems. BONUS HACK! Peel them from the bottom… Much easier.

5- Coating your half avocado with lemon juice or olive oil and storing it in an airtight container in the fridge will prevent it from browning.

6- To prevent your greens from getting soggy in the fridge, blow into the bag and seal it tightly. The CO2 halts the deterioration process.

7- Because apples emit an ethylene gas, by storing potatoes near them you keep your potatoes from sprouting.
